Day of the Drum

There is something ancient and primal about playing a drum by a fire, out in the woods or at the riverside...tuning into the heartbeat & rhythm of ourselves and life around us, feeling the vibrations and reverberations on our skin, moving through the body🌲✨🔥🦌  "It is often said that the first sound we hear in the womb is our mother's heartbeat. I am excited to be offering a day of crating your very own medicine drum in spring, creating as new life emerges out of winter& the dark.

The day will include: 

• guided breath& sound journey to set your intention for the day and for your drum
• all materials and instructions to craft your drum
• all materials to craft your drum beater
• warm lunch
• tentipi as shelter near the river and surrounded by trees
• guided meditation to rest and relax at the end of the day
• community connection
