Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully through the cancellation policy below before booking onto a retreat, workshop or bespoke experience. The policy described here applies to all Wild Breath offerings, unless a different cancellation policy is specified in the event description or agreed upon booking in writing with Lisa Krause. By purchasing any ticket or making a booking through Wild Breath the participant confirms to have read, understood and agreed to the Cancellation Policy below.

The specified deposit (depending on the event) is non-refundable. If you cancel less than 21 days before start date of the event, no refunds of the remaining ticket price can be given. This is because of the energy, time and care it takes to organize, do admin work and run the event, also considering the fact that the place could have been offered to someone else instead. The participant is welcome to pass their ticket on to someone else instead who can come in their place. This is to be organized by the participant and they will have to find this person and make arrangements themselves.

 

If cancellation occurs more than 21 days before the event, a refund of 50% of the ticket price (minus the deposit) can be issued by the provider. Alternatively, the participant can choose to reschedule their ticket to another event in the future and get 50% of the ticket price deducted.

 

If cancellation occurs 8 weeks or more before the start date of the event then a full refund minus the deposit will be given.

Any digital products, online workbooks, courses or digital services purchased through Wild Breath are non-refundable due to the nature of digital products.

If the provider, Wild Breath, has to cancel for any reason, the participant will of course receive a full refund. 

​

We recommend to get travel insurance to cover your costs if you are unable to come due to things such as missed travel, illness, bereavements, extreme weather, government restrictions etc.
