About
Come and join Allan Brownlie (more info here) and Lisa Krause for a winter weekend experience in one of the most magical places in Scotland.
Learn how to embrace the Scottish winter instead of fighting it, and experience the power of the cold by tapping into your body’s innate ability to adapt to the elements.
During this weekend retreat you will be guided through breathwork sessions, cold water immersions and you will learn about your circadian rhythm and how to adapt your body to the darker months of the year, just as our ancestors would have done.
What’s in the program:
• Guided breathing sessions
• Learn tools to optimize your circadian rhythm
• How to feel energized and full of life within minutes
• How to be the manager of your energy
• How to lower your heart rate, lean into stress, and feel more relaxed
• Stand-alone workout to strengthen the respiratory muscles
• Nature cold water dips
• Chats explaining how to use the breath as a tool in everyday life
• Deep focus meditation
• Hike in the Cairngorms National Park
• Barefoot walking
• Fun forest games
• Evening fire gathering
• Community connection
