Isle of Rum Rewilding Adventure

Unplug, unwind, come fully alive & experience the stunning West Coast of Scotland during the Rewilding on Rum Island Retreat! 

Connect to the land & waters, to your body and other people in an incredible island setting as we explore inner and outer wildness. 

I approach Human Rewilding as both an external and internal endeavour of allowing our animal bodies to return to their natural  state in which we are fully self-regulating, in balance, able to adapt and shift states, connected to our intuition & instincts and can express ourselves and our emotions freely. Rewilding the internal landscape looks different for everyone, but there are certain tools and techniques that support us in aligning our lifestyle with our biology, such as: breathwork, cold water immersions, ancestral movement and play, a wholesome ancestral & seasonal diet and light exposure in alignment with our circadian rhythm.

Let's explore together how to fully thrive, rewild the inner landscape and connect to the elements! 

During those 4 days you will experience :

• Functional breathing workshop
• Guided breathwork journey
• Guided meditations
• Cold water immersions & sea swimming
• Traditional crafts: fish skin taning and crafting with fish leather, or working with raw hide
• Plenty of time in nature to just be and unwind
• Forest games
• Fire gatherings & storytelling
• Circadian rhythm workshop
• Community connection & sharing
• Earthing & grounding practices

Accomodation and evening meal is included, there will be local, seasonal and as much organic food as possible. 

Please bring your own brakfast foods and lunch snacks. 

Transport to get to the Isle of Rum is not included.
