Spring Emergence

Allan Brownlie and I have created something special for you- a retreat to emerge into Spring together and connect to nature, unfurling from winter and into the lighter half of the year. 

This is a non-residential retreat so we will meet each day at 10am at an agreed meeting location near Ballater. We will spend the whole day together experiencing nature as you will be guided through the Scottish spring landscape.

This is for you if you want to unwind and replenish in the Scottish Highlands, if you want to reconnect to your body and give yourself some time to re-emerge from winter and embrace all that Spring has to offer!

The full two day programme includes: 

- foraging for spring greens and teas

- breathwork: functional breathwork workshop and guided breath journey

- playful movement

- wild river dips

- cooking on an open fire and basic fire lighting skills

- forest bathing & enjoying time unwinding and re-emerging on the land

- community connection

- nature connection games & lots of fun!

Included: 

Retreat programme from 10am-6pm on Friday& Saturday

Evening dinner cooked on an open fire, local & organic, seasonal food

Not Included: 

Accomodation/camp site costs

Breakfast & Lunch

Transportation to your accomodation/ camp site
